DEPRESSION/ANXIETY COUNSELING

Depression/Anxiety Counseling by Life Quest Pursuits Counseling

If you noticed that your loved one is suffering from depression, anxiety, or scared and in grief, it is best to acquire assistance from the most trusted psychotherapist in and around town. Whether you are in need of depression therapy or anxiety therapy , I am a licensed therapist up and ready to help create an individual mental health plan that will enable you to go through life with ease and confidence. I have the experience and the degree to deal with any manner of social and behavioral issues, allowing me to help you become a happier and healthier being.

I provide Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), a modified form of cognitive therapy that incorporates mindfulness practices such as meditation and breathing exercises. Using these tools, MBCT therapists teach clients how to break away from negative thought patterns that can cause a downward spiral into a depressed state so they will be able to fight off depression before it takes hold. MBCT was developed for people with recurring episodes of depression or unhappiness, to prevent relapse. It has been proven effective in patients with major depressive disorder who have experienced at least three episodes of depression. Mindfulness-based relapse prevention may also be helpful for treating generalized anxiety disorders and addictions.

Doubt, shame, or fear can be tough on one's mental and even physical health, and I am here to help you conquer it all. For effective counseling for all your mental health issues, do not be afraid to pick up the phone and seek help from Life Quest Pursuits Counseling today.
